MEET CRYSTAL
Crystal Justice, CFRE, Founder and Lead Consultant, started this firm after twenty-three years in nonprofit fundraising, communications and government affairs. She is dedicated to working with organizations whose missions seek to end inequities, address public health, and increase access to resources and education to create a more just and safer world. Throughout her career, she has raised more than $275 million through government grants and philanthropic fundraising.
Her passion is harnessing the collective power of private philanthropy, educational institutions, government agencies, community funders, and stakeholders joining to mobilize for good. She has worked closely with White House Administrations, The US Department of Health and Human Services, the Office for Victims of Crime, The Federal Communications Commission, the Center for Disasters Philanthropy, and many large corporations looking to advance their social responsibility and philanthropic impact.
